Bug 1081767

Description of problem:  Through normal software updates gui, mariadb-server 5.5.36.-1.fc19.x86_64 unable to install / complete installation.  Claims the server itself is not installed on the system (which is what caused the update to be downloaded in the first place).

Appears, by examining https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/F19/FEDORA-2014-3591 'bodhi' auto-pushed an update to 'stable' which failed auto QA testing (dependency checks) and should not have been pushed yet.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. have predecessor version installed
2. invoke software update gui
3. when mariadb-server and utils/tools become available, attempt to install.  Install will fail.


Actual results:
Software update gui enters error state.  unable to perform transaction, etc.

Expected results:
Normal software install.
