Description of problem:
Can't use the KDE Shutdown menu to shut down the system

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download, burn and boot http://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/6587/6686587/Fedora-Live-Jam-KDE-x86_64-rawhide-20140329.iso .
2. Try to use widget at lower left to Leave/Shutdown

Actual results:
System restarts KDE.


Expected results:
Shutdown.

Additional info:
poweroff command in cli works fine.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.
