How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter a plan detail page, then enter Reviewing cases tab.
https://tcms.app.qa.eng.nay.redhat.com/plan/7043/test-plan-for-tcms-xml-rpc#reviewcases
2.Click expand icon in the front of each case to expand the case details.

Actual results:
System show error massage: Communication with server got some unknown errors.
Confirm the error massage. system show case details wrong.


Expected results:
System show case details right.

Repackage the rpm, then verify the bug on devel server.--->PASS
