Description of problem:

This is similar to RHEL-6 bug
Bug 690904 - RFE: graceful handling of error handling for non-privileged user
addressed in RHEL-6.4

On RHEL-7 it seems that errors regressed to something not very user friendly.

Compare following snippets from yum-3.2.29-40.el6 and yum-3.4.3-116.el7.
