Description of problem:


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHQ 4.10.0

How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. have recursive compatible group (for example platforms)
2. select any ClusterGroup (for example CPU0) and navigate to alerts
3. copy URL and open the same URL in new tab

Actual results:

You get redirected to compatible group and you don't see selected ClusterGroup and Alert tabs


Expected results:

You should se your ClusterGroup selected and you should be switched to Alerts

    Fixed ResourceGroupTreeView to optionaly select target group after tree is
    loaded

Bulk closing of RHQ 4.11 issues, now that RHQ 4.12 is out.
