Description Robin Laing 2014-04-01 03:57:09 UTC
Description of problem:
During installation, finding or knowing the option to select for custom partitioning is not clearly defined. Needs to be defined better.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Part of the UI. On all installations.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select drive that you want to install the custom partition on.
2. Click Done
3. Go to the next screen and non knowing that the Modify is the custom install.

Actual results:
Searching for custom partitioning in the menu.

Expected results:
Clearly defined that the Check/Modify partition is also the Customize partition scheme.

Additional info:
Change the
I want to review/modify my disk partitions before continuing.
to
I want to review/modify/customize my disk partitions/installation before continuing.

Also, on the Installation Destination, change the "Done" button to "Next" or "Continue" for clarification as Done means that the selection of the drive is complete and there are no more steps as per bug 1079655.

Already done. Attached a screenshot of how the destination spoke currently looks in rawhide.

I think I would change "I will configure partitioning" to "Manually customized partitioning" or something similar to point out that this is the selection for customizing your partition scheme. It looks like a nice improvement though.
