Description of problem:

If you input an invalid feed url while creating a repository via the UI, the error that Pulp raises does not make its way to Katello UI and the user gets no feedback that something went wrong.

Investigated a tad, and it appears that pulp 2.3 does not support https urls and:

a) we are not properly screening for that ourselves
b) we are not able to handle pulp errors very well currently (the dynflow task shows us the error, but we are not able to display it in the UI, or resolve the error very easily)
