Previously, configuration of the Reports feature would fail under certain circumstances due to being unable to apply a specific patch. This was caused by outdated references to the root directory for the Reports feature being included in one of the files used to configure this feature. Now, those references have been updated so that configuration of the Reports feature can complete successfully.

Description of problem:

running dwh and reports setup on av6 build
crashes with an error, fails to apply one of the patches
