Description of problem:

Provide a UI to create and manage gluster volume snapshots.

From oVirt, user should be able to
1. create snapshot
2. view snapshots taken for a volume
3. restore snapshot

RHGS 3.1.2 has vdsm 4.16.z and it can't be added to RHEVM 3.6
Used the custom build vdsm & vdsm gluster of build 4.17.16 
Tested with RHEVM 3.6.2.5-0.1.el6 and with RHGS 3.1.2 RC

I am able to create snaps, see the snaps, and delete or restore the same from UI
