Description Peter H. Jones 2014-04-04 15:08:13 UTC
Created attachment 882763 [details]

Description of problem:
Several service time out when trying to boot http://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/2993/6702993/Fedora-Live-Jam-KDE-x86_64-rawhide-20140403.iso on a Toshiba NB555D.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kernel-3.15.0-0.rc0.git7.1.fc21.x86_64

How reproducible:
Tried only once

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot the ISO
2. Using TAB key, remove threadirqs and append 3 at end.
3. When boot prompt appears, CTRL-ALT-F2 and login as root
4. Enter sddm commands

Actual results:
After KDE initialization, screen goes dark.

Expected results:
Normal boot

Additional info:
Removing threadirqs makes the system run a bit faster. When I used threadirqs, I could not CTRL-ALT-F3 to get message files.

There several timeouts while booting.
