Description of problem: 'man dnf' says: --best Try the best available package versions in transactions. Sorry, but what this is supposed to mean? AFAIK this is a default operation mode for dnf (and yum) with a possible exception of a 'downgrade' command. Nothing indicates that this may bring an additional information in case of broken dependencies (however miserly this information will be).
