Marked As Frozen

Description of problem:

The Freeze and Obsolete Buttons are great for marking specs accordingly, however we have talked about the fact that these buttons are purely Docbuilder specific in that they don't actually execute any workflow behind them.

What I propose is that the text inside the boxes is changed slightly to reflect what the buttons do, and recommend users consult the handbook to learn how to correctly Freeze and Obsolete specs.

==Proposed Freeze Text==

Content Specification [ID] is marked as frozen in the Docbuilder interface. To see content specifications marked as frozen in the interface, select the "frozen" check-box when searching.

This feature only affects the view in Docbuilder. To revision freeze a content specification in PressGang CCMS at product release time, follow the instructions in the CCMS Handbook.

==Proposed Obsolete Text==

Content Specification [ID] is marked as obsolete in the Docbuilder interface. To see content specifications marked as frozen in the interface, select the "obsolete" check-box when searching.

This feature only affects the view in Docbuilder. Content specifications can not be obsoleted in PressGang CCMS.

These buttons should actually be removed, as they were adding without taking everything into account. We should re-add them once we have a workflow behind them, as atm they are confusing.

Note: Obselete could possibly stay, but freeze should be removed until a snapshot endpoint is added to the server.

Closing this as WONTFIX since it's no longer relevant with the changes in 1.6 (see BZ#1092188).
