Description of problem:
There hasn't been a package update since PyXB has been added to Fedora but upstream has done several updates including a lot of bugfixes. Please update to latest upstream version (1.2.3)

Note that of course this will need rebuild of any dependant packages. Notably:

Latest PyXB is required for Javapackages 4.0.0 and for XMvn 2.0.0, which is an approved F21 feature.  Marek, could you please update PyXB?
