Description of problem:
The Submit buttons on the WebUI pages for adding or removing/listing packages for a custom channel are not correct.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Channels -> Manage Software Channels -> "Some Channnel" -> Packages -> (List/Remove  || Add )


Actual results:
The submit buttons labels are in the reverse order:
"Confirm Removal -> Remove" instead of "Remove -> Confirm Removal"
Confirm Addition -> Add Package(s) instead of Add Package(s) -> Confirm Addition

With the release of Red Hat Satellite 5.7 on January 12th 2015 this bug is
being moved to a Closed Current Release state.
