Description of problem:

Documentation for this feature should be in in the glusterfs sources.

Please post a patch for inclusion in the master branch, and in release-3.5.

Note that this bug is a blocker for the 3.5.0 release!

afaict, there is no need for explicit documentation on this feature.. I am closing this bug.
