The pciutils package is built without LIBKMOD=yes set in the Makefile. 
Because of this lspci is not reporting kernel modules compatible with the device.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.run lspci -vs 0000:01:00.0
2.there is no "Kernel modules" line in the output

pciutils-3.2.1-2.fc20 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 20.

Package pciutils-3.2.1-2.fc20:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing pciutils-3.2.1-2.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.
