Description of problem:
An update is required in order to avoid crashing when lcms2 is used by two clients in the same application (e.g. the application itself and a library it uses).

Specifically, the cmsUnregisterPluginsTHR() is needed (see bug #959351 comment #3), as is the 'context' parameter for the memory allocation hook functions (see bug #977528 comment #17).
