When building Python 3.4 in Koji one test hangs and two other fail because the python process is set to ignore SIG_HUP. [0] There's also a ticket open about the same issue in other package on fedorahosted koji page. [1]

I believe this is because @koji/__init__.py:467 Koji sets the sigaction for SIGHUP to SIG_IGN, but then fails to reset it back to SIG_DFL for it's child processes, which inherit this setting [2].

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.
