Description of problem:
Code known to work with gcc 4.8.2 now fails in 4.9.0

WSJT-X 4031 fails to compile jt9.f90:
gfortran -O2 -fbounds-check -Wall -Wno-conversion -fno-second-underscore -fPIE -DUNIX -c jt9.f90
jt9.f90:22.49:

call getopt('s:e:a:r:p:d:f:',(/type(option) ::/),c,optarg,arglen,stat,offs
                                                 1
Error: Syntax error in array constructor at (1)

Please attach some (ideally short) testcase.

I'm not enough of a programmer to do that but I can supply a SRPM of the the problem package.
