Description of problem:
updatedb ignores /home unless the following line:
 PRUNE_BIND_MOUNTS = "no"
is in the config file:
 /etc/updatedb.conf

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
mlocate-0.26-4.fc20.x86_64

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. locate some-file-under-home
2. 
3.

Actual results:
Fail! Nothing found.

Expected results:
Epic win! File found.
