Description of problem:

No way to see the installation state of a dnf group, using public APi

Usecase:

In a graphical package manager like yumex, there gives the user a way install & remove groups, It is needed to know if a group is installed or not, to show the user and to select the appropiate action on the group (install or remove)

I thought I'll just make GroupPersistor and a set of its methods public for this, but lets wait for bug 1079526 turning out to minimize the chance of changing/deprecating later.
