Please use the following update submission link to create the Bodhi
request for this issue as it contains the top-level parent bug(s) as well
as this tracking bug.  This will ensure that all associated bugs get
updated when new packages are pushed to stable.

This only affects xen-4.4 or later, so Fedora 19 and Fedora 20 aren't affected. Also the bug only affects ARM builds, and we don't build xen on ARM platforms (yet), so existing builds on Rawhide aren't affected either.
