Description Samo Dadela 2014-04-24 08:32:07 UTC
Description of problem:
When taking snapshots the VM details are not part of the snapshots. If the VM configuration changes and the VM is reverted back to an earlier snapshot that was using a different configuration, the VM won't work.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
virt-manager-1.0.1-1.fc20.noarch

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. take snapshot
2. modify machine configuration (add disk, change disk type)
3. revert snapshot

Actual results:
The machine configuration doesn't revert.

Expected results:
Machine configuration should revert.

Additional info:
This was noticed when changing from IDE to paravirtualized driver. When I wanted to go back to test IDE performance I saw the configuration did not change.
