Description of problem:
When glusterd is stopped on all the nodes in a cluster, volume utilization status information "glfs_init()" failed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
nagios-server-addons-0.1.0-46.git7e39773.el6.x86_64.rpm
nagios-plugins-nrpe-2.14-6.el6.x86_64.rpm

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install nagios
2. Create a cluster and have volumes in the cluster.
3. Now stop glusterd on all the nodes in the cluster.

Actual results:
Status information of Volume Utilization shows glfs_init() failed.

Expected results:
status information of volume Utilization should show "OK:Volume Utilization:%20"

Hi Dusmant,

   This bug cannot be closed as the steps to reproduce the issue are different. Hence QE would like to verify both the bugs once the patch is available, so reopening the bug again.

Verified and works fine in the build "nagios-server-addons-0.1.0-75.git2efd1bf.el6rhs.x86_64", gluster-nagios-addons-0.1.0-66.gitaa44342.el6rhs.x86_64.

when glusterd goes down in all the nodes in the cluster, volume utilization shows status as "UNKNOWN" and status information as "Failed to get the Volume Utilization Data".
