Cause:
Poppler library doesn't remove headers specific to PFB format (Printer Font Binary) of Type1 font from fonts which were used as substitutiond of fonts used in input PDF file when converting it to a PostScript file.
Consequence:
Resulting PostScript file is syntactically wrong.
Fix:
Remove the headers before encoding and embedding the Type1 PFB fonts to the PostScript file.
Result:
The resulting PostScript file is syntactically correct.
