Description of problem:
Uneditable "Description" field is marked as required.


How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. System -> GPG and SSL Keys 
2. Select some existing Key
3. Try to delete the key pressing "delete key".

Actual results:
On the confirm page the "Description" field is uneditable but marked with * as required.

Expected results:
The "Description" field is not marked as required.
