Steps to Reproduce:
1. I click on the Red Hat Alert Notification Tool to Upgrade the system
2. I select the two packages available.
3. The error message appear. Cannot Update.
    

Expected Results:  Update my system, I need support I am a rookie with
Linux.

Please help me to  resolve this issue.
