Currently Staypuft allowing to create only one deployment, this feature should allow users to be able to 'Add' more deployments and to manage them from staypuft UI.

This is a feature request that I do not believe should make it for A4.  We have been working on the premise thus far that only 1 deployment will ever be present in StayPuft.  Even if this is a relatively simple code change, I would err on the side of caution and hold off on this until post A4.
