Description of problem:
Resized from 1024.768 to 1440x960 (approx).  Screen recenters as if the resize was ok, but the extra resolution to right and bottom is black and doesn't respond to mouse.

gnome-shell-3.12.1-1

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Gnome on VM
2. Change resolution to 1440x960.
3. Notice extra screen not come in

Actual results:
Extra 

Expected results:
All of screen displayed.

Switching from QXL to VGA resolved the problem.  Reassigning to QXL.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.
