Description of problem:
modifyrepo: No documentation for command line arguments in man page.
mergerepo: Some command line arguments not documented in man page (--version, --help, --no-database, --compress-type)

1. 'man modifyrepo', 'man mergerepo'

Actual results:
command line arguments missing in man pages

Expected results:
all command line arguments documented in manpage
