Description of problem:

The entry of s3_store_object_buffer_dir in  /usr/share/glance/glance-api-dist.conf is missing '='

This causes glance-api to fail to start.

[root@ospha1 conf(openstack_admin)]# yum list installed | grep glance
This system is not registered to Red Hat Subscription Management. You can use subscription-manager to register.
