Description of problem:
If a large group is accessed, the first load prevents the user from traversing the list

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
dev

How reproducible:
Easy always

Steps to Reproduce:
Pre: large group exists, eg. prod rhel6
1. Go to groups, select the above large group
2. Note the long load indicator
3. Press the Languages tab, then a language

Actual results:
Right side list remains blank

Expected results:
List should be traversable, regardless of loading state

Additional info:
If not a clean test environment, go into the admin panel and clear caches to cause the issue

Planned fix: Change UI so that the table shows all available information initially before stats are available, then adds stats to the table when they are fetched.
