Instead of a valid content the chapter contains Error box with text:
Topic 30483 failed validation and is not included in this build.

The issue reapeared in revision 6.3.0-9

The full document is back on doc.devel.

We know what's causing the problem and we've implemented a temporary workaround while we find a way to deal with it permanently.

This shouldn't present again.
