Description Tuomo Soini 2014-05-12 12:58:38 UTC
Description of problem:

R-qtl requires update because R update which is on epel-testing.

package: R-qtl-1.29.2-1.el6.x86_64 from epel
  unresolved deps:
     libRlapack.so()(64bit)
     libRblas.so()(64bit)

Comment 1 Mattias Ellert 2014-05-25 16:50:07 UTC
The R update is still in epel testing, and no buildroot override is defined.
This means the new R version is not in the koji buildroot and this is not fixable until it is. This is true for both epel 5 and epel 6.

If you want this resolved sooner, please provide buildroot overrides.

Comment 2 Tuomo Soini 2014-05-25 17:04:45 UTC
How could I do that? How about talking with R maintainer?
