The R update is still in epel testing, and no buildroot override is defined. This means the new R version is not in the koji buildroot and this is not fixable until it is. This is true for both epel 5 and epel 6. If you want this resolved sooner, please provide buildroot overrides. How could I do that? How about talking with R maintainer?
