+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1096759 +++

The ldns configure command also generates a .pc file in the packaging/ folder. Please install this to the pkg-config directory so it can be found by other software that want's to link against ldns.

This also affects EPEL.

This was fixed in 1.6.17-11 in fedora an 1.6.17-2 in el6
