Xorg log of discrete graphics

Description of problem:
On applying a new display resolution from control-center (display), Window elements freeze but mouse still works. Cursor does not change.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.15.99.902-5.20140428.fc21

How reproducible:
Very -- at least on this machine

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot up Fedora-21 (rawhide)
2. Go through Control-Centre --> Displays
3. Change the default resolution to something else (1024 x 768, in my case)

Actual results:
The desktop becomes unusable .. mouse continues to respond but cursor changes are dead (it doesn't recognize the window decorators)

Expected results:
A change of resolution

log of main graphics

this issue may not reflect on this log. It was first noticed yesterday when I tried to use a projector. The same lockup happens when switching to mirror display or changing the resolution of the projector. Since the dicrete card manages the projector port, Xorg.1.log and Xorg.2.log will show more activity.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.
