Description Jan Kaluža 2014-05-13 07:17:18 UTC
Hi,

I'm going to readd libeio (http://software.schmorp.de/pkg/libeio.html) into Fedora. This time it won't conflict with your Eio thanks to renamed libeio.so library in my libeio.

You can read the full story in Bug 1097089.

I've found out that eio.spec contains following lines:
#RHBZ 1003692
Obsoletes: libeio < 4.18-3

These are there to fix the conflict with previous versions of libeio. If the new libeio passes the review, it will be needed to remove them. Could you consider this, please?
