Title: New Features

Describe the issue:
RHEL7 isn't in GA version yet, EAP-6.3.0 Beta isn't focused on it, we don't provide native component for RHEL7 (actualy we don't provide natives for all platform in Beta). We should mention in this chapter only features delivered in Beta.

Suggestions for improvement:
We should remove these items from new features:
- Support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
- Support for PowerPC architecture with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7

We must hide RHEL 7 items from Beta RN.

I have commented out those RHEL 7 mentions from topic 30478 (revision 641005). If RHEL 7 is ready to go in time for GA, then they can be uncommented.

The change will appear in the next build of the release notes.
