The problem looks maybe more complex. See this screen - part of Subtabs posses scrolls, however when left pane is widened, then scrolls are 'traveling' out of the browser and thus left left part of subtab without scrolls.
it looks like the only problem in 3.6 is the left pane that is missing a horizontal scroll-bar when it is too narrow.
('general' sub-tabs layout was modified in 3.6 in https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/37527/).
low priority, no capacity - pushing to 4.0 for now. Target release should be placed once a package build is known to fix a issue. Since this bug is not modified, the target version has been reset. Please use target milestone to plan a fix for a oVirt release. Bug tickets must have version flags set prior to targeting them to a release. Please ask maintainer to set the correct version flags and only then set the target milestone. Closing old tickets, in medium/low severity.
