Description of problem:
UI offers only Save&Recalculate button which detaches the definition which results in a ordinary definition.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to Inventory->Groups->Dynagroup Definitions
2. edit some pre-defined dynagroup definition
3. try to manually recalculate the dynagroups

Actual results:
UI offers only Save&Recalculate button which can't be used, because it detaches the definition which is then no longer marked as pre-defined.

Expected results:
It is possible to manualy recalculate pre-defined dynagroups

After I've implemented "Recalculate" button in DynaGropup edit view, I realized, that there already is "Recalculate" button in DynaGroup list view.
