Description of problem: If the VM is in the runnig state, its not possible to edit the 'Operating System' type. Its giving the below error message: ---- Error while executing action: rhel6-vm: There was an attempt to change VM values while the VM is not down. Please shut down the VM in order to modify these properties. ---- Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): rhevm 3.3 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. If there is any existing VM running in rhevm 3.3, try to edit its 'Operating System' tyep. 2. It will fail with the below error message: === Error while executing action: rhel6-vm: There was an attempt to change VM values while the VM is not down. Please shut down the VM in order to modify these properties. === Actual results: Fail to edit the VM's operating System type while its running. Expected results: Should be able to edit the VM's Operating System type while the VM is running.
