[Rubygem-Staypuft]: Staypuft Login page is disabled after installation (No Authentication required) .

Steps:
-------
(1) Install Staypuft-server using staypuft-installer. 
(2) Attempt to Browse staypuft URL.

Results:
---------
- After Staypuft Installation the login-page is disabled. 
- Browsing to staypuft management GUI do not requires USER / PASSWORD.

Note:  in addition to the login page, we have changed the default timeout to 180 minutes (3 hrs) to avoid timing out when filling forms
