Description of problem: 
Django App fails to be createrd with Python 3.3. It is created fine with Python 2.x

How reproducible:
Create Django Application. Select Python 3.3


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select create Application
2. Select Django cartridge
3. Select Python 3.3

Actual results:
The traceback is huge and sadly with no word wrap. copy and paste it to your text editor to get word wrapping. http://bpaste.net/show/NiGiePcM8UUFFAVT2dw1/


Expected results: A successfully created Django Application.


Additional info: I have tried to create this app with both windows vista and ubuntu 12.04
