Description Jonathan S 2014-05-18 18:46:44 UTC
Description of problem:

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): cinnamon 2.2.7

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open System Settings.

2. Open Backgounds. Note the two 'toolbars':
- Add/Remove buttons appear at top
- Picture aspect/Gradient/Colours appear at bottom.

3. Click 'All Settings' to return to System Settings.

4. Open Backgrounds again.

Actual results:

The two toolbars (Add/Remove & Picture aspect/Gradient/Colours) appear randomly at top or bottom.

Expected results:

The two toolbars remain in fixed positions.

Additional info:

Doing steps 2 & 3 again and again gives virtually all possible top/bottom combinations.

Opening Backgrounds from System Setting the first time always gives the 'correct' positions - as shown in step 2 above and as all previous versions of cinnamon.

Opening Backgrounds directly from the menu (Preferences/Backgrounds) also always gives the correct positions.
