Description Matěj Cepl 2014-05-18 19:16:22 UTC
Description of problem:
E.g., with reference to http://bugs.bitlbee.org/bitlbee/ticket/785 it is really not a good idea to change -D to -F (as it breaks SELinux).

Comment 1 Robert Scheck 2014-07-19 22:34:07 UTC
Meanwhile Rawhide is shipping forkdaemon rather daemon - this requires anyway
that the SELinux part gets solved...

So, what do you suggest to do?

Comment 3 Robert Scheck 2015-01-20 23:14:25 UTC
Let's go with the forkdaemon, because it is the future (according to upstream).

Comment 4 Jaroslav Reznik 2015-03-03 15:49:27 UTC
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.

Comment 5 Robert Scheck 2019-11-29 00:30:29 UTC
Meanwhile we're shipping upstream defaults for quite a while, so there shouldn't be any intricacies at the default configuration anymore. If you disagree, feel free to reopen or even to provide a patch suggestion.
