Hi,

We are seeing a good amount of RPC/Qpid problems in our openstack environment, and we tracked the symptoms to be similar to those described at

I noticed that the following patch has been applied to nova upstream to alleviate these issues

https://review.openstack.org/#/c/87032/

However, this patch did not make it into 2013.2.3

Is it possible to get this patchset backported into Red Hats 2013.2.3 release of RHOS 4.0/Havana?
