Description Need Real Name 2003-11-12 19:14:10 UTC
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5)
Gecko/20031007

Description of problem:
On starting the routine
# ./genhdlist <dir-name>

in Fedora the program exits with:

error creating file <dir-name>/RedHat/base/hdlist: No such file or
directory

The name change in the distribution tree from RedHat to Fedora
apparently has not yet been effected in the anaconda-runtime components.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
anaconda-runtime-9.2-2

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install anaconda-runtime
2. Copy the Fedora install tree to a directory
3. Issue: /usr/lib/anaconda-runtime/genhdlist <dir-name_of_install_tree>

Then the mentioned error occurs.

Actual Results: Nothing happens after the error message

Expected Results: genhdlist should rebuild the hdlist files in the
distribution tree

Add --productpath Fedora.
