Description of problem:

EAP 6.2.3 contains a component upgrade for Mojarra (JSF) to 2.1.28.

This fact should be release noted. Note that the component update issues are marked private with release notes flag '-', as this upgrade contains a security fix. Nevertheless, a general statement that Mojarra was updated to 2.1.28 should appear in the release notes.

AFAIK we don't put component upgrades into release notes.. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1096881
