This is expected as Foreman 1.6 is unreleased and documentation hasn't yet been prepared. Whether Satellite 6 should be linking to such documentation is another matter in my opinion. Since this issue was entered in Red Hat Bugzilla, the release flag has been set to ? to ensure that it is properly evaluated for this release.
