Description of problem:

There are links to man-pages ipsec_whack and ipsec_manual in man-page ipsec_auto, but there are no man-pages ipsec_whack and ipsec_manual in libreswan package.

There is link to man-page ipsec_whack in man-page ipsec_auto, but there is no man-page ipsec_whack in openswan package.

ipsec_manual references removed in upstream (manual keying via ipsec manual is no longer supported).

ipsec_whack.8 is created as an alias for pluto.8 in openswan-2.6.32-32 for rhel6, which is also the solution put in upstream libreswan 3.9, so that will also come in through the rebase

can I get a aq_ack? this fix is part of the rebase to 3.11
